I am a life-long Minnesotan, husband, father, and organization and leadership development practitioner. I have worked for 30 years ‘Building Better Leaders and Teams’. Moreover, I have an extensive and diverse client list of over 100 unique clients. I am also an ICF-certified leadership coach with direct experience coaching leaders across many types of organizations. I love to explore, and I have traveled to 40 countries to consult, teach, and explore culture. My research agenda and practice are focused on leadership development. In particular, I have published 14 peer-reviewed journal articles, one book, and two book chapters. If we have a chance to meet, be ready to talk about your life experiences and interests.
